Structure of Breaker Hammer:

Working Principle of Hydraulic breaker Hammer :

Hydraulic intake kinetic energy + upper accumulator kinetic energy promotes the cylinder rod to compress the nitrogen chamber upward. After pushing to the highest point, the reversing valve changes direction. Hydraulic intake kinetic energy + nitrogen compressor kinetic energy promotes the cylinder rod to knock down the drill rod quickly to complete the crushing work


Correct Ways of how to Use :

1) When breaking, the impact operation is insufficient. Do not let the crushing hammer fall on hard rock. The vibration of the crushing hammer and machine structure parts is too large to be damaged. The inappropriate engine speed will cause the insufficient impact force and damage the piston engine air valve.

2) Do not crush in water or muddy ground. Water is easy to invade piston, which leads to piston corrosion. Dust is easy to accumulate in drill rod chamber to accelerate hammer loss.

3)  Do not strike when the machine bucket, arm and arm cylinder are fully extended or fully contracted. It is easy to cause the cylinder rod to break because of the shock and vibration of the cylinder body.

4)  Do not lift heavy objects with crushing hammer or drill rod, which can easily lead to damage of machine parts or drill rods, but also to the danger of heavy objects falling off. 

5)  When the crushing hammer is not used for a long time, the drill rod should be completely jacked into the crushing hammer so as to push the piston cylinder rod into the piston so as to avoid the corrosion damage of the cylinder rod exposed to the air.
