The main work of breaker hammer is composed of cylinder block, piston rod, drill rod, reversing valve, accumulator, oil seal assembly, etc.


Working Principle of Hydraulic breaker Hammer :

Hydraulic intake kinetic energy + upper accumulator kinetic energy promotes the cylinder rod to compress the nitrogen chamber upward. After pushing to the highest point, the reversing valve changes direction. Hydraulic intake kinetic energy + nitrogen compressor kinetic energy promotes the cylinder rod to knock down the drill rod quickly to complete the crushing work

Correct Ways of how to Use :

1)  The drill rod is perpendicular to the strike surface, and the compacted drill rod (diagonal drilling easily leads to the breakage of the drill rod and the damage of the cylinder block, while the non-compacted drill rod will lead to the damage of the cylinder block) 

2)  The engine should be warmed up for ten minutes before crushing operation, especially in winter, which will help the operation go smoothly; before crushing, inspect the oil leakage of each tubing visually, deal with the oil leakage in time, check the oil leakage of crushing hammer oil seal, and replace the oil leakage in time, otherwise the dust will enter the piston wear and tear piston.

3)  Do not use crushing hammer to push heavy or big stones, which may easily cause the breakage of crushing hammer support

4)  Do not use the brazing rod to pry or shake it. It is easy to cause the brazing rod to break.

5)  Do not strike at the same place for more than one minute continuously, otherwise it will easily cause excessive loss of drill rod, strain to change position to strike, bigger and harder stones should be broken at the edge, because the edge is easier to break.
